A copy of Private Roads: The Legal Framework (4th ed.) This is the definitive guide to the law, written for residents associations, management companies and others concerned with private roads. Its approach is clear and practical and it provides a comprehensive explanation of the issues affecting private roads and estates.

A step-by-step guide to what you need to do and why.

Helpful precedents, on CD, including model rules for an association, memorandum and articles of association for a company and letters.

Once you've formed a residents' association or company you can upgrade to membership of PRS: the cost of the Starter Pack can be deducted from your first year's membership fee. Joining PRS will help you to look after your road in the longer term, and to save money.
