 11 May 2008 Our latest newsletter, dated May 2008, is now available to members. Did you know that if your residents' association was a member of PRS they would be able to take advantage of our exclusive insurance scheme and YOU would be able to enjoy preferential rates for household insurance? The reason is obvious: private roads tend to be more secure. Less risk should mean lower premiums for household cover. With us, it does.
