The changes are mostly improvements in the cover offered, though there are also some restrictions. The new policy document will be in use from 1 March 2010. (Policies currently in force will not be affected.) Please note that the Schedule which will accompany the new Policy Document will be shorter. This is because several of the standard endorsements which apply are set out in the Policy Document, so don't need to appear on the Schedule. Instead, the Schedule merely refers to them. 13 April 2010 We've now disconnected our old (and very poor quality) landline, 01869 278390, and from now on we will be using only our new Skype number, 01865 52 2468. Remember that if you have Skype on your computer you can call us at "privateroads" without charge. 30 May 2010 We're delighted to announce that our May 2010 newsletter is now available to members in our members' pages. This deals with: PRS insurance - legislation and the new government - wheelclamping and ticketing operations - taxation of companies and unincorporated associations - changes to Managing Private Roads and Estates (our online guide). 7 July 2010 We have today despatched the usual letters inviting renewal to associations whose PRS membership and/or insurance are due to expire at the end of July. 14 July 2010 We will be without power during most of the day tomorrow, Thursday 15 July, so we won't be able to receive or respond to emails or telephone messages. Please bear with us - we will be back in action the following day.
