Membership

For a modest annual payment (which we have now re-set at £50 for all roads) members have access to the members’s pages of this website, containing the accumulated wisdom of many years’ experience in this field.

Membership costs £50 annually, is open to residents in residential private roads in England and Wales, in the form of an association or a company, and to groups of residents setting out to form an association or company.

• Model rules for associations and companies
• Code of Practice for development
• Estate rentcharges
• Help with disputes
• Representation at meetings etc
• Guidance on research
• Access to archived correspondence

* Also available to non-members, from the shop on our webite, individually priced.

Applying for membership is quick and easy.  To apply, please go to our Apply for membership page.  As soon as we have checked your application we will invite you to pay £50 (PayPal or bank transfer preferred) and on receipt we will give you access  to the members’ pages on this website.
